Hole in One Properties

This project started after some of my students asked me for advice on which areas they should rent or buy a home when they came to Marbella to continue with their Golf trainings.

After spending summer vacations since I was a kid and having close friends and family in Marbella working in the Real State Industry I feel really confident to recommend Real State Agents that I fully trust and that can help you find a particular property.

As you start searching for Real Estate agents you will be totally overwhelmed, as everyone claims that they can offer you everything in the market.

The reality is that each Real Estate agent is specialised in certain properties, areas, styles, nationalities…for example if you are a Swiss gentleman looking for a very elegant place close to a golf course, there will be one agent which can speak fluent german or french specialised in these particular properties.
While if you are a British gentleman looking for a young neighbourhood close to the beach with lots of restaurants that speaks fluent English then the appropriate real estate agent will be a totally different person.

This is why I give this free service to my students and future students after seeing how wide is the offer of Real State Agencies and Agents.

After my golf trainings in the mornings I love to visit properties and real estate agents to help you as much as possible. Keeping in contact with the market is how we discover new gems!

The reason I give this service to my actual and future clients is that if I make the process of finding their dreamed home as easier and quickest way, then we will be able to spend much more of our precious time training and improving our golf!
